CONCERNS OF INJURED PERSONS

You have a personal injury claim when you are injured as a direct result of the negligent or intentional conduct of another. Naylor, Williams & Tracy, Inc., will consult with you at no charge to discuss your personal injury matter. You will not be charged legal fees for most personal injury claims unless we recover a benefit for you. Please call us for a free and confidential analysis of your personal injury claim.

Auto Negligence

Whether your injuries are the result of a collision involving a car, truck, motorcycle, off-road vehicle or other form of transportation, you are facing some immediate concerns. How do I handle medical claims? What do I do about property damage? What statements should I be giving to the other insurance company? To my insurance company? What about the work I’ve missed? What about my future medical care and treatment. Naylor, Williams & Tracy, Inc., can help you with the answers to these questions. We are committed to helping you obtain full and fair compensation for your personal injuries.   >> top of page

Bad Faith Insurance Claim Disputes

Have you been denied coverage on what you consider to be a legitimate insurance claim? Has the insurance company failed to properly investigate your claim? Is the company claiming an exclusion to insurance coverage that you do not think is proper? Is the insurance company dragging its feet, making you more desperate by the day? All of these may be examples of bad faith conduct by your insurance carrier. Delay plays into the hands of the insurance carrier, and may hurt your claim. If you feel you have been the victim of bad faith conduct by an insurance carrier, please contact Naylor Williams & Tracy, Inc., today.  >> top of page

Medical Malpractice

Medical malpractice occurs when medical providers cause injuries in doing something they should not have done, or failing to do something they should have done. Medical professionals are rarely held to account by their peers for malpractice. Oklahoma medical professionals often share the same liability insurance carrier. As a result, they often cover for each other. That makes medical negligence one of the most difficult and costly types of claims to pursue. If you suffer serious injury as the direct result of medical negligence, you are entitled to accountability and compensation. Please call Naylor, Williams & Tracy, Inc., for a no-charge consultation.  >> top of page

Products Liability

Makers of products often sell them without proper regard for safety. If you are injured by a product which you are using in a reasonable manner, the product design may be defective. Defects can also occur in manufacturing. Warnings may be inadequate. Drugs, toys, automobiles, consumer products of all sorts, recreational devices, tools and workplace equipment are just some examples of unsafe products sold to consumers. The law makes manufacturers and merchants responsible for sale of defective or unreasonably dangerous products. If you feel you have been injured by such a product, please call Naylor, Williams & Tracy, Inc., today.  >> top of page

Social Security Disability

If your initial application for social security benefits is denied, you may appeal that denial. That appeal will be heard before an administrative law judge. Your medical history will be reviewed in light of social security laws and regulations. A 5-part test is applied to all disability claims.

  • Is the claimant working?
  • Does the claimant have a severe impairment?
  • Does the claimant’s impairment or combination of impairments automatically qualify the claimant for benefits?
  • If not, can the claimant perform past relevant work?
  • If not, are there other jobs in the work force which claimant can perform?

Your age, education and work experience also play a role in determining whether you qualify for benefits. Your medical records will not speak for themselves to qualify you for social security disability. If you would like the help of an attorney to prepare your social security disability case, please call Naylor, Williams & Tracy, Inc., today. >> top of page

Workplace Injuries (Workers’ Compensation)

Special coverage applies when you suffer an injury that arises out of and in the course of your work. These are legal terms of art. The worker’s compensation insurance carrier may be looking for the inexpensive solution, not the solution best for you. State law protects you from employer retaliation when you file a claim for a work-related injury. You have rights concerning your medical treatment, temporary disability, permanent disability, rehabilitation, work training and multiple workplace injuries. If you have been hurt at work and have questions about your rights, please call Naylor, Williams & Tracy, Inc.  >> top of page
